First monitor ?

I need a monitor under $300 and dont know if i should go ips or tn. What do you guys think? These are the two that ive found.

I am open for any other suggestions or out of these two what do you think. I will be gaming most of the time with a r9 290 or 280x. Here is another one i have found.

Not really crazy about any of them. IMO Ben-Q's are junky. If you HAVE to get one of those I guess I would go with the Asus.

You think that would be better than the benq and also do you know how much worse the tn panels are compared to the Ips and would it be worth getting the tn over the ips for gaming?

For a gaming pc this 144Hz and 1ms response time are very appealing. I never saw a IPS panel monitor with these features.
