First NAS suggestion for black friday

Hi everyone

i'm getting for black friday a NAS and wanted ur help to choose the best one as i'm new to this.

Mainly i'll use it as a storage and to access to movies etc from pc phone ipad and smart tv.

Options are

• 
  - TerraMaster F2-220 NAS with 2bay 2.41ghz 2gb ram + 1WD red 8tb..i'd add more 8tb later
  - WD MyCloud EX2 8TB
  - WD MyCloud EX2 without hdd + 1WD red 8tb
  - MiniITX case with a h110m...intel processor around 2 or 3ghz..4gb ram.. 350w PSU and no clue which OS
  

My main concern is that it should be easy. I've experience with PC and building but not with NAS and servers. And as it's gonna be in my room it should be silence af

You didn't include ANY of the major NAS appliance providers, Synology, QNAP, Thecus or Asustor in your list. For simplicity and functionality those are the brands I would look at.
