First oc build need opinions on it and what can I do

Solution
You'd definitely want faster RAM (3000MHz ideally) operating in dual channel (so either 2x4GB or 2x8GB), but otherwise, the build is solid enough.

I'd suggest scaling back the cost of certain components (case, a little off the PSU, motherboard etc) to achieve better performance - if budget is a sizeable concern.

For example:PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: AMD - Ryzen 5 1600 3.2GHz 6-Core Processor ($197.88 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: ASRock - AB350M-HDV Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard ($64.99 @ Amazon)
Memory: Team - Vulcan 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-3000 Memory ($69.99 @ Newegg)

Slightly better performance (dual to fast RAM in dual channel), for $100+ less.

That money saved could then be put towards either a better GPU (6GB 1060 minimum), an SSD for all around speed improvements, an aftermarket CPU cooler for better OCing,...... or just kept in your pocket for another day.

Solution

This is great Info thanks! I’ll look into changing the ram/power supply and mother board
