Here's the build that my friend created for me, just wanted some input on it. I'm looking to play most modern titles at 1080p @ 60 FPS with high-ultra settings. I already have a HDD.

That PSU is not sufficient, for this build, and is not a very good quality model either. I would ditch the SSD, for now. The 380x is not fast enough to justify buying it, over a 380, 4gb. Also with AMD releasing the RX 480, the RX 460/470 are not that far behind. If you are looking at high-ultra, the RX 480 would be the card to get. If not wanting to wait, this would be a better solution.
