Get the 8320 over the 8350. You can overclock the 8350 right out of the box to 8350 speeds even with the stock cooler.
That is a lot of wattage with that PSU. You can probably go down to a 600w.

You can use the savings from above to either get the GTX 770 over the GTX 760 or buy a SSD. I would go with the latter.

You could save some money by getting the FX-8320 instead of the 8350. The only difference is the clock speed and price and you can easily overclock the 8320 to 8350 speeds. If you plan on overclocking you'll want an aftermarket CPU cooler such as the hyper EVO 212. Other then that your build looks solid, everything seems like it should work together no problems If you want to speed things up, you could add a SSD for the OS, or maybe even games that have long loading times (BF3/4) but make sure it's big enough. for OS only and maybe a game or two, 60GB should be ok but for more games you're going to want around 250GB
