This is my first PC build and I want to make sure everything will work before I purchase it.

At the bottom of the page it says, "Some physical dimension restrictions cannot (yet) be automatically checked, such as cpu cooler / RAM clearance with modules using tall heat spreaders."
I saw online that PC part picker is unable to check it automatically and it depends on your specific parts. Will everything fit inside my case?

Does anyone have any advice to improve the build?

Solution
You could cut the cost of that build while netting similar performance allowing you to step up to a 2TB SSD. This cpu down below uses less power and creates less heat than the 12700K/KF.

That's a fairly expensive build....at that level, I'd certainly try to avoid spinning drives completely if at all possible.

If you want a Noctua cooler, you can go to Noctua web site and locate your motherboard in the motherboard compatibility list.

That will lead you to a list of Noctua coolers that are known to be compatible with your motherboard.

There are several variations of the D15, but as I recall they vary in details like RAM clearance......

Pick one that is said to be fully compatible at Noctua. They have checked to a better level than PCPartpicker automated lists.

According to the Noctua website, the NH-D15 chromax.black CPU cooler (currently in my build) is compatible with my current motherboard.
