That PSU is average quality, not bad but I'd get a better one in a $2000 build. I'd go for a Seasonic 520W if it was me.

Assuming this system is for gaming, also I'd go for 2x4GB 1600Mhz RAM, you wouldn't even notice the difference between that and 16GB 1866Mhz in games.

You don't need a wired network adapter, all motherboards have this built in nowadays.

Again, assuming this is for gaming it is all fine other than that.
