here updated some of your parts
gtx 950 to a gtx 1050 ti windforce
added a 1tb hard drive and lowered the capacity of your ssd to 120gb
changed your motherboard to an h110m gaming and 8gb (2x4gb) Corsair Vengeance
but I over budgeted for about $26 but i think it would be fine

Also sould i go with the fx-6300 or stick with the i3

stick with the i3 or just wait for kaby lake and ryzen
