for PSU, find one from XFX/corsair 450-550W
for RAM, that kingston is 1,65v ram. make sure you get 1,5v for intel can be corsair/gskill

Yeah that Kingston RAM is 1.65V, it won't work with Ivy Bridge. What's your budget and what store are you buying from? Knowing that will help to suggest parts.

Those would be better, you might want to get 550W just to be on the safe side.

kingston has 1.5 and 1.65V and 1.8V memory kits.

So.. Intel says that for ivybridge memory can be 1.5V +-5% that is 1.575 V
I think that 1.65V is 10% more. maybe B-75 is not good for that voltage but good Z-77 MoBo is going to bee fine with 1.65V memory. If cpu is cooler properly.
Eny good cpu or MoBo is not going to break down with 10% over volt usage.

I didn't fully understand what you wrote, but did you mean i should get a z77 motherboard instead? Is this one good?
