First pc build doesn't work

So I finished building my first pc, everything is plugged correctly, checked 100 with the manual, but still it doesn't turn on, just the front led is lighting up that's all

It's an amd sistem, everything is compatible, again, checked 100

If B350 board and Ryzen 2, then the board might need a BIOS update. Some boards do feature EZ_Debug LEDs. Again, the specs are very important. When home, try checking them and posting back.

If you need help, post your spec. or the answer to your issue is, you did something wrong when you build it.

Asrock 980DE3/U3S3 motherboard
AMD fx 6350 CPU
Don't remember the graphics card but still something from amd no external power cable and a 500w power supply

You probably need a bios update to support your cpu. Needs 1.60 or newer

The guy I got te motherboard from said the bios is the latest version, how do I uptade the bios?
