Above is the build I plan to start with. Below this I have the final build I plan to get to upgrade to before the end of this year. Are there any ways I can save money on the above and below build to save money without sacrificing much if any performance? Is my cooling adequate?

Just to explain the storage listed above. The first ssd (EVO) will be used for the operating system and the entire adobe suite and any other creative programs I plan to use. The second ssd (PRO) will be used for project files and other assets. The third ssd (PRO) will serve as a dedicated media cache/scratch. The HDD will be used for archiving purposes. Are these drives appropriate for their purposes? Are they overkill or do they need to be upgraded further?

I replaced RTX2080Ti with Quadro RTX5000 which may not be able to perform as good in games but is lot better and recommended for professional workload like yours.
I also included the monitor which is true 10bit supportive and the best to create accurate colors suitable for color grading and other workload where color accuracy matters.

Thank you I really appreciate the feedback! Especially the monitor suggestion. I've been trying to find a good but reasonably priced monitor for color accuracy.

Be careful while ordering the monitor as there is another DELL 32" 4K monitor with similar(not same but similar) model name which is not true 10bit monitor.

To get true 10bit color support and utilize it for color grading you will require Quadro card over Geforce.

You are welcome.
