Are you buying a monitor: I have an HD monitor for now. I plan to upgrade to 4K later this year.
Parts to Upgrade: Everything. This is a new build from scratch.
Do you need to buy OS: Yes
Preferred Website(s) for Parts: My preferences are newegg, amazon, and ebay. However, I do not mind purchasing from other websites as long as they are trustworthy.
Location: Columbia, SC United States
Parts Preferences: No inherent preference, I just care about the best performance. I lean towards AMD for their pricing though.
Overclocking: Yes (CPU and GPU)
SLI or Crossfire: Maybe
Your Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080 is my current monitor resolution. I plan to upgrade to a 4K monitor in the near future.
Additional Comments: I strictly care about performance and price. I want top performance for the most reasonable price.
And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: I am trying to build a pc that will last me a while and not require upgrades for a decent period of time.

Above is the build I plan to start with. Below this I have the final build I plan to get to upgrade to before the end of this year. Are there any ways I can save money on the above and below build to save money without sacrificing much if any performance? Is my cooling adequate?

Just to explain the storage listed above. The first ssd (EVO) will be used for the operating system and the entire adobe suite and any other creative programs I plan to use. The second ssd (PRO) will be used for project files and other assets. The third ssd (PRO) will serve as a dedicated media cache/scratch. The HDD will be used for archiving purposes. Are these drives appropriate for their purposes? Are they overkill or do they need to be upgraded further?
