First pc build for BF4.. budget 800-1100SGD (600-800usd)

Budget Range: 800-1000SGD (600-750usd)
System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming-BF4, Light video rendering.
Parts Not Required: No need monitor, keyboard, speaker, mouse.

Parts Preferences: I was thinking about i5 6500 (hoping this build will last me couple of years), but im not fixed on this. Also, Im okie with a SSD as i dont plan to store files on this pc for now, maybe will add more hdd later on..

Overclocking: nope..
SLI or Crossfire: nope..

Monitor Resolution: Im running a u2711 and i believe its 1080 via hdmi..
Additional Comments: Thank you all very much, first time here and also first time building a pc.. I hope this can last for about 3-5 years down the road with some upgrade in between..

Get the i5 6500 with a good/cheap motherboard like the GA-H110M-A and 2x4GB 2133Mhz ram sticks. Get an RX 480 or GTX 1060. Get an HDD before the SSD, unless you plan on buying a very large and expensive SSD your going to need an HDD. EVGA G2 550w or Corsair RMx 550w power supplies. Get a nice cheap case like the Corsair 200r.

Having some trouble finding the H110m-a here. Would you recommand another mobo?

RAM - 2x4gb G.Skill Ripjaw V 2400 CL15 - $79
HDD - 1TB W.D Blue - $74
PSU - the Superflower Leadex Gold550 (rebrand from evga i heard?) $139
CASE - 200R - $95

Without the CPU/Mobo , im left with $268 to reach my 1100 limit..
any thoughts..?
