First PC Build, Help or Suggestions?

I am currently building a gaming PC for around the price of 600$. I have gotten almost all of my knowledge of PC building from the internet and these are the parts I have in mind:
Thermaltake versa h15(case)
Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3(Motherboard)
evga 500w psu
fx-8350(cpu)
GTX 1060 3gb(GPU)
WD Blue 1 TB Internal blue hard drive
ddr3 RAM(8gb)

One question: I want to put a PCI wifi adapter in there, will I have enough room on the motherboard to do so or with the GPU take up too much room? If I can fit a wifi adapter in there, do you have any cheap but effective suggestions for what kind of adapter I should put in there?

Is there anything wrong with this build, any suggestions? if so, tell me and I will be heavily grateful. Thanks!

Thanks Hellfire!

I'm aware that the FX processors are old, but I considered getting it because of it's cost and it would allow me to have the funds to get the gtx 1060 instead of the 1050. For gaming, Would it be a better idea to use one of the cpu's you suggested and take the 1050 ti, or use the fx-8350 and get a gtx 1060?

The difference between a 1st generation i5 or i7 and current generation is faster core speed and IPC. Every generation Intel has added around 7% to 10% to its processors since 1st gen, and the processor listed in the above build is 7th gen. You can do the rest of the math.
The Ryzen cpu is pretty close to that 7th gen intel speed, but has the advantage of hyper threading which gives it 4 extra logical cores.
Compared to these chips, the FX8350 is much slower in single core speed as well as IPC. Remember, games feast on faster core clocks and IPC. That FX cpu will struggle with most recent games.
