First pc build help.

I posted a build I had chosen the other day on here and got some great responses which made me rethink a few components of my build entirely. My question is, what kind of standard would I be able to playing games such as WoW, Rift and some new fps games? And if there is any alterations you can see what are available to lower the price but not the quality so much would be great to hear them! My only worry so far is that I could be using a lower wattage psu, so am I just throwing money away by having a 700w?

Get two sticks of 4gb ram instead of a single 8gb and run them in dual channel it will be faster than a single stick of 8gb.
