Ram : G.Skill 8GB
Hdd : Seagate 1TB
Gpu : Palit Gtx 960 Jetstream 2GB
Cpu Cooler :CoolerMaster Hyper 212X
PSU : Corsair VS650
Case : CoolerMaster N400
Wifi adapter : TP-LINK TL-WN781N

What avr/ups should i use?
Will the gpu and wifi adapter fit?

It should all fit (the cooler won't have much clearance). Preferably you should get a pure sinewave UPS like http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16842102132&cm_re=ups-_-42-102-132-_-Product

I would change the PSU, its tier four, everything else, will go fine.

What is the usage and what resolution?

How much are you paying for the PSU? And why do you need a UPS?
