Hello! This is my first time posting here and I seek some advice. I'd like to get some answers to some stuff I've been overthinking lately about a pc I am putting together soon. I am going to be using this pc mostly for gaming.

These are the specs:

-CPU: AMD FX 6300
-MOTHERBOARD: Gigabyte GA-78LMT-AM3+
-RAM: 8gb DDR3 1600mhz CORSAIR VENGEANCE (2x4gb sticks)
-GPU: GTX 1050ti 4gb ddr5 (PNY)
-PSU: 400w EVGA
-HDD: 500gb sata3, 7200rpm

My questions are these:

1. Do I need to upate the motherboard when the pc boots up for the first time so that it works with the fx 6300? Or does it work without issues fresh out of the box?
2. Should I go with Windows 10 for this pc or any other previous Windows?
3. Are two 4gb sticks better than one single 8gb ram stick? I find the single stick to be cheaper, but everywhere I ask/research, people suggest 2 sticks instead of one.
4. This one may sound dumb, but, if I plug the HDMI into the graphics card, does it also pass audio? I say this because I simply cannot find a clear answer on this matter. (I'll be connecting the pc to my tv via HDMI)

Any advice/help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Edit: Regarding my budget, I am from Mexico and all the parts were chosen from different Mexican stores. The budget I am working with is the equivalent to around 560 USD. I do not plan to go over, as I've still have to factor in Windows.

I wouldn't suggest FX processors these days. If you are buying it used then that would be ok. W10 would be better for gaming now. 1x8 is good for expansion but 2x4 is better for gaming. HDMI will pass audio visual and ethernet. What is your budget?

Hi thanks for replying. I compeletely forgot to mention two things regarding my budget. I'm from Mexico so a lot of parts vary in price. Second, I am working with roughly the equivalent of around 560 USD.

I am adding this info to the OP as well.
