First PC build. Looking to run ARMA $350 budget

Hi. Im moving from console to PC and would like a gaming pc that can run arma 3 at 40fps at medium settings.
If anyone can make a partpicker and put it down below with reasons, that would be great!

$350 is not really a realistic budget for a gaming PC even with the low expectations. This would maybe give you 40fps at medium settings.

Sorry although for Arma 3 you CPU would have to be mid-top range along with the gpu! although mostly the CPU.

Don't suspect alot of frames on arma, its going through a phrase of optimization with these new updates.
