You need a more powerful GPU, you want to spend at least 300$ on a good GPU if you want to do any gaming. Get like a GTX 760 or a GTX 760 Ti when they come out soon. You could get like a 50$ case and a 75$ - 100$ Motherboard as well. Most games wont use all of the 8 cores in the FX8350 so unless you plan on multitasking to the max get a FX6300 which can easily have the same performance when overclocked.
 


No, you don't need to spend that much if you want to game. I spent $200 and can max most games.

I would look for something along the lines of an hd 7870 for this budget. Maybe a gtx660 if you can't fit a 7870 in.
