First PC Build need suggestions/reccomendations

Hello i am 14 and saving up to build a PC. My current build is approximately $1,311, it is pretty expensive but i want a good gaming pc that can run most new games such PUBG and Overwatch at 60fps or higher. I had a friend go on pc case gear with me and pick out the parts. Ill list them down below, can you tell me if i can reduce the price in some areas while still getting good performance.

This costs a little less and has a better GPU, double the RAM, much faster CPU and it supports overclocking.
