I'm ready to buy my first pc for gaming. I was wondering which Cpu would be better. Intel Core i5 4430 or AMD FX 8320?

I'm sorry I already have 8 gb of kingston hyperx red ram. I'm looking around $200 usd. I need a mobo that can support my Gpu and internal wifi down the road and at least 2 3.0 usb. I found a combo for price range with the AMD 8320. Here's the mobo. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130637 Would you recommend this with my current setup and mobo requirements? Or any better options?

Out of the two cpus you listed I would take the FX8320, but you'll need to add a decent cpu cooler like the $29 Cooler Master 212 Evo to really get your money's worth out of it. If you're willing to spend close to $250, I really recommend the i5-4570.

I ended up getting the AMD. And with that, how necessary is the cpu cooling for single monitor gaming at 1080i? I rather pay the 30 than fry my build but at the same time it would be easier to buy one later.

You only need an after market cooler if you want to overclock. The stock cooler is fine for stock speeds.
