First pc build problems. HELP!

I have built my first gaming pic with a 6 core AMD fx 6300 black series, AMD r7 260x, 8gb of corsair vengeance ram, a msi motherboard, running windows 7 and it is running really slow. What is wrong and what can I do?

What do you mean "Slow"? What about it is slow? Programs launch slow? Games perform poorly? etc.
