It certainly works, but the the G4560 is a nice little chip that offers hyperthreading and a 3.5ghz clock speed. Not to mention, it's nearly half the cost. If that wasn't good enough, it's on the latest tech, Kaby Lake, unlike Skylake. So this build should do you just fine, and saved a few bucks.
NOTE: I wouldn't recommend gaming on a $6 wifi adapter. I wouldn't recommend gaming on wifi at all. Always geta direct connection when possible.

That build supports DDR4-2133MHz memory not 2400MHz memory. Looks okay otherwise.

If you can spare a few more bucks I suggest you get an SSD to go with the system.
The difference would be like day and night .
Also the your build will support the 2400MHz RAM kit. Only that it will run at the speed of 2133 . No worries there.
