I've already gone through PCPartpicker, but I'd like a double check. My build is basically something similar to a coffee lake. Mainly I'd like 1440p @ 144hz 60fps, VR ready. Also wanted something that would be great for editing and streaming. I'm excited!

I've ignored the GPU price because I'm going to scrap my EVGA GTX 1050ti from my old PC and wait until the prices drop. I think I heard sometime in April they might go down but we'll see. If you see anything that could cause an issue, please let me know. Thanks!

Yes, your components are compatible and well chosen.
There is one thing I would change, but it is no technical issue, more a personal taste of mine. The Barracuda is a great drive, still your SSD provides you speed already. I would snap it for a silent NAS intended HDD, such as one from the WD red series.
