I am on a $1k budget and here are the specs:

OS: Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit OEM
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 760 ACX
CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K
Motherboard: ASRock Z87 PRO3
Memory: 8GB G.Skill DDR3-1866 RAM Kit (2 x 4GB)
Solid-State Drive: SanDisk Extreme II 120GB SSD
Hard Disk Drive: WD Caviar Blue 7200RPM, 500GB HDD
Optical Drive: Lite-On DVD-R
Case and Power Supply: Thermaltake VM54521N2U Mid-Tower w/ 450W PSU
(I KNOW THIS CASE WON'T WORK)

*NOTE: I am only using 1 monitor(probably 1920x1080) and I am kinda flexible for about 1-2 hundred dollars.

Should I upgrade to the gtx 760 SLI, GTX 770 (SLI of this also), or any ideas. I want to run Arma on Very High at reasonable FPS.

UPDATE!!! Since I am fairly new to PC gaming I would like to know of a better case, I don't need the fanciest case, just something with good airflow/dust prevention and power supply doesn't have to be included in the case.
