So this is my first build. I put everything together to the best of my knowledge (and according to the manuals) the correct way. I plug the PSU into the wall and go to boot up the system and the only thing that happens is the LED labeled CPU blinks red once and nothing happens after. Even if I go to push tge power button on the tower again I will not get a flash. The only way I can get this to repeat is if i shut off the PSU for a few seconds and try again

I have stripped everything down and looked at the following
- VGA connections to the motherboard and PSU
- SATA connections to both my SSD and Harddrive
- my CPU looking for bent pins, extra paste overflowing on the sides, junk in the sockets
- Quaility of both RAM sticks also tried booting up with only one and switching them around

My components:
- MSI B350 PC Mate (motherboard)
- AMD Ryzen 5 1600 (CPU)
- G.Skill Tridentz RGB 2x8 (RAM)
- Seagate Barracuda 2TB (Harddrive)
- Crucial MX300 (SSD)
- MSI Areo ITX Geforce GTX 1060 (VGA)
- EVGA 650 GQ (PSU)

Please let me know if you have any experience with this, and tips, or any way of testing out different components. Any help is greatly appreciated.
