Hello, this is going to be my first PC build and I'll need all the help I need from you guys please.

Approximate Purchase Date: Unknown (yet!!).
Budget Range: $300-$330 ($400-$430 with Win7 OS)
Parts Not Required: Keyboard, mouse, computer speakers, and monitor.
System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, videos, and surfing the internet.
Am I buying a monitor: No (Already have one)
Do I need to buy a OS: Yes (Win7 please!)
Preferred Website(s) for Parts: newegg.com
Location: Nevada, United States
Parts Preferences: AMD A10-5800K, 4, 6, or 8Gb of RAM, and a PSU that is over 350 watts.
Overclocking: Maybe (CPU), no for rest.
SLI or Crossfire: No
My Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080
Additional Comments: I would like to play Planetside 2 on low or mid or high settings, all or most Valve source games at high and Minecraft at mid to highest settings. I would like to have parts that have free shipping.

You simply cannot fit in the A10, you would have to use worse quality parts than the ones I've suggested.

You will NOT be getting high or even medium settings in PS2 with this buget, and you should (easily) get high settings in valve games... and minecraft is a joke on high settings XD

Did not inclde win7 64bit it's about $90

APU's will only get you about mid in planetside two, likely not 1080p
In the valve games, you can probably hit 1080p medium/high depending on the game

HDD is recertified (can drop to a8 5600k to get an all new one)
Included windows 7 64 bit
1866mhz ram for better performance (same price as 1600mhz right now) and dual channel (again more performance than single channel, esp in APU's)
USB3 case and mb
PSU is corsair and decent quality unit
MB is better than the biostar a55
