First pc build, what CPU should i chose?

Trying to build a gaming pc on a very low budget.
Do i either get the Intel Pentium G3220 and upgrade the the I5 4670K (in maybe a year)
Or go for the Athlon X4 760K (and not upgrade)

It's faster than what you picked as far as the CPU is concerned
I basically picked an AMD 6300 six core CPU, 8gb memory. XFX 450watt PSU, Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P motherboard, Windows 7 premium and a cheap but well laid out case with good ventilation.
