First PC BUILD

Hey I am building a pc and for some reason the screen won't show up but everything is turned on includining the cpu fan. I tried taking out the cpu but it wouldn't come out and i tried taking it out with a knife (i know bad idea) but it wouldn't budge
I tried resetting the cmos
I have taken out the motherboard and made sure nothing was touching
there is no beeping
i switched the ram slots.
Should I just return everything? I see no solution

Corsair Vengence Ram 2x4gb
MSI A78M Mobo
amd 760k richland
power supply axperia 700w

I been trying for six hours and decided to give it a break.

wow, you sure you didn't "punch" the cpu into the socket lol?

Return both cpu and mobo, and get a better cpu and mobo like a Pentium G3258 (the overclockable version) and B85 mobo.
