First Pc build.

So I've been trying to get into pc gaming, and I am looking for the best components I can buy for $200-$250 CAD. (NOTE, I already have a case, 500w PSU, OS, monitor, keyboard, and mouse, also no optical drives please and thank you.) Any suggestions? (Also, if possible, include a link to PCP, please) Thanks.

ps. I can extend the budget to $350, but no more than that.
pps. I'm hoping to play somewhat old games like tf2, da: origins, maybe even xcom:eu or civ 5, if possible. also i'd rather have a good gpu over a big hard drive.

update: I need a:

-motherboard
-cpu
-graphics/video card
-storage
-memory

also, my psu is evga 500W 80+. not exactly sure about the specifics.
