First PC Build

This is my first time building my own pc and after connecting all parts, there is no display. The cpu fan is running all fans are on, gpu lights are on, tried connecting one stick of ram at a time, tried disconnecting the gpu and use the mother display (nothing happened), got my cpu and mother replaced, tried to turn on the computer, but same results.

Cpu: Intel i5 4590 quad core
Gpu: Asus GTX 560 DCII
2x4gb ram
130 ssd
1tb hard drive
cdrom
Corsair CS450M power supply

The light on the motherboard is solid and i've just tried to connect the memory on the other module, and same results
