First PC Build

Hey all, I am looking to build my first PC. I want this build to last me a while, but also give me the option to upgrade down the road as I see fit. From a few days of research, here is what I have created. I would like as many of you to go through it and let me know what you think.

I will be using the PC for gaming as well as a general workstation for video/photo editing. I'm looking to spend right around the $1,500 mark.
