First PC Build

I am trying to build my first PC (for gaming but for games like city skylines and battlefield 4)and i know roughthly about what parts i would need and how powerful they are. I made a list i was just wondering if anyone thinks that the parts are adequate/work together? It says on NewEgg that the motherboard is $55 (£35)

It isn't a great build for good quality gaming. The GPU is probably OK for low settings 1080p but nothing more. The processor is OK.

However, it is pretty balanced. There is no PSU listed though? If you can save another £100 you could boost the CPU and GPU and would see a nice improvement.

I made a different list with a better CPU and GPU.
