First PC Build

Hi
Im trying to build a gaming pc for myself and i would like to build it cheaply now (£250-£300) and maby upgrade it later like better graphics or a CPU. I am trying to get it to play a game like SimCity/City skylines and maby Battlefield but im happy at having it at 720p.
I made up a list but it went up to £320
Any help would be appreciated.

I ended up managing it for under £300 with 1080p gaming and 60 fps as amazon had around £20-£30 off on my ssd and cpu that i chose and and the GPU which is a gtx 750ti and another pc company got me my motherboard under 30. yes out of these deals it would have cost around 390-400 but i did technically manage it...
