first pc build :)

so this is going to be my first pc build.. i am ready to buy it and i want from you to tell me if it is compatible and if it is going to run new games like gtav and witcher 3 in 40+ fps med+ settings.

case:corsair carbide spec 03
ram : corsair vengeance ddr4 2133 ( black )
psu:corsair cx500m
gpu:gtx960 4gb geforce
cpu:intel core i3 6100
motherboard:gigabyte h110m-ds2
hdd:western digital caviar blue 1 tb

are they compitable? please do not start talking about the corsair psu..eveyrone just keeps telling me about that and forgets the main idea of the thread . please answer to the questions above and not criticize the psu quality . thanks

The Corsair CX is a poor choice of power supply. It has poor quality parts and a reputation for failure.

Choose instead a Seasonic, XFX or EVGA SuperNova.

Sorry did not see what you mentioned about the PSU before I posted. Its your money, if you want an inferior PSU thats your choice.

UPDATE2:

Most new games including GTA V run best on a quad core CPU. The i3-6100 is only a dual core with hyper threading. You will have significant bottleneck issues with only a dual core CPU.

You did not mention how much RAM you will purchase for this build or the configuration. Most people recommend 8GB as a minimum in 2x4GB configuration. I recommend 16GB...
