First PC build

hello so this is my first time to build a PC. I'm asking if do I need to build an Overclocking PC or not? or any good suggestion for a first timer?

Only overclock if you are confident in what you are doing. It does provide performance boost but can also damage your stuff if not done well. For a first time build id probably go with a non K chip to save money if you are going the intel route. Or you can get a unlocked chip and just learn about overclocking and do it later. Definetly worth it though if you do it right.
