I already have an i5 6600k. I have a remaining budget of Rs.50,000(750 USD) for the remaining parts . Will be playing games like Battlefield , CSGO , GTA etc
 
Solution
Built this on PCPartPicker- just squeezes under $750, you can change it a bit if you'd like. This in my opinion is about as good as you'll get for that price-
