First PC Build

Hello friend! Im building my first ever PC..

I have a budget of 1000-1300 .. around there..^^
It would make my whole.. year.. 10 years!! =D if anyone could help out and see if i can make those pc parts (or modify the fans to different ones/with leds) with the case i show below like this:

Trying to make the setup look as similar as possible to the pictures while still keeping good performance parts, if you have any suggestions for different parts please do tell

Will be playing games/streaming/doing some video montages

Thank you for the case link, also, forgive me for my lack of knowledge of PC's but how do i obtain that led design that changes colors in the pictures?
It looks like the led's are on the case and the fans..

the fans are lit by internal led's on the fans themselves, as for the cool graphics on the glass, I bet that is a custom etching of their "tempered glass optional panel" the etching would reflect the led lighting cause the illusion of it being lit.
