These two rigs will set you for a good 5ish years. You will however need to upgrade your graphics card. It will be the only thing holding back your beast of a computer!
Let me know if u need more help. The cooler with the second build is one of the best air coolers for the price. You can pay about 50$ more and get a decent water cooler.
