Hey Guys!

So this is my first post on this Website and I have a quite some concerns. So basically I know nothing about PC really. I have never build one and as I tried to grapple with this thematic I got increasingly confused.

I set myself on a budget of 1000€ ( which I neglected a bit in my configuration) and I wish to play mainly league, Starcraft 2, diablo and more demanding games like Overwatch or something like that. I am not that interested in high end games like GTA 5 or similar because I own a PS4 and I usually play these games on it but I would not mind if they would run fluently on my Pc aswell.

I looked after some builds online but most of these prices are in US dollar. In Germany most Parts are more expensive. So I came around with this:

Intel Core I5 6600K PC1151 6MB Cache 3,5 GhZ for 229€ ( I have no idea what the K means but I think it means that it is overclock capable which I don’t know if i really need because I have no idea what that means

MB Asus Z170 PRO GAMING for 134.90€

DDR4 8 GB CL15 G.Skill 8GNT for 64€

SCYTHE Mugen MAX for 41€

SSD 250GB Samsung 850 EVO for 97.90

ASUS STRIX-GTX 1060-6G GAMING for 347.00€

Be quiet! Pure Power L8 600W 80+Bronze for 79€

DVW ASUS DRW 24D5MT SATA Black Silent for 16.90€

WD 8.9cm (3,5”). 1TB SATA3 WD10EZEX 7200 64 MB Blue for 51.90€

Also Case which I already bought is a Geh LC-Power Midi Gaming 976W Snow Trooper for 50€

Which is about 1111.50€

I struggle to find what I really need. Is the graphic Card ok for this price? Do I need overclocking? Should I go with a Ryzen instead of Intel and what is the difference between them?

I am so grateful If you guys can help me!

GPU is massively overpriced. when I bought my Gainward Phoenix (in Germany) last year, I paid 420€.
so 347€ for a 1060 is just crazy. anything above 300€, maybe 310€ is a total rip-off. before the minig craze started you could get a 1060 for 280€. Same for the Rx580, the 4GB variant should suffice for the games listed.
from the games listed you could even drop to a Rx570 or even a 1050Ti. they don't do so well at 1080p ultra with titles like GTA V but if Overwatch is the most demanding game, then it should be alright

furthermore your PSU is relatively low quality especially for that price tag
you can get the way superior XFX TS Series 550W Gold for 63€ @Mindfactory
10€ more get you the fully modular variant, XFX XTR 550W...

you don't "need" overclocking
personally I'd go with Ryzen.
difference is: Ryzen has slightly slower clocks but two/three-times the threads and more cores for the same price.
again: for the games you've listed the i5 is perfectly fine. those games were made for an i5.
however the i5 is a dying breed, as newer games tend to be limited by the i5s 4 threads
so people who want to futureproof their builds should avoid i5s imo.
but if you don't plan on playing demanding games released after 2015/16, the i5 is perfectly fine.
