=== UPDATE 1 ===

Hello, everybody. I'm a newer user and have never built a PC before.
My budget [strike]is 800 €[/strike] is now 760 € + [strike]400 €[/strike] 380 € for peripherals (I live in Italy) and the site I will purchase my parts from is Amazon.it (so all the prices are from there).
I'm sorry but I will not provide a partpicker list as some prices weren't updated and some products I wanted to pick didn't show up.
CPU: Intel Core i5-7500 (185.20 €)
+CPU Cooler: Arctic Freezer 11 LP (17.98 €) --- was Intel Stock Cooler
+Case Fans: 2x Arctic F12 PWM PST 120mm (12.38 €) + 1x Stock Thermaltake Case Fan 120mm --- was only 1x Stock Thermaltake Case Fan 120mm
*MB: Gigabyte GA-B250M-D2V LGA1151 ATX (64.83 €) --- was MSI B250M Pro-Vd uATX (65.98 €)
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 8 GB (2x4 GB) DDR4 2133 MHz (73.53 €)
*GPU: Zotac GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB ZT-P10510B-10L (174.99 €) --- was ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1060 3GB Mini (239.00 €)
*Storage 1: SanDisk SSD PLUS 120GB (61.10 €) --- was only SanDisk SSD PLUS 240GB - Up to 530 MB/sec (85.67 €)
+Storage 2: WD Blue Hard Disk 1 TB, 7200 RPM, SATA 6 GB/s, 64 MB Cache, 3.5" (47.85 €)
Case: Thermaltake Versa H15 Case PC Mini w/Window (42.99 €)
*PSU: Thermaltake TR2 S PSU 600W (55.56 €) --- was Thermaltake TR2 S PSU 500W (50.90 €)
Wi-Fi Adapter: TP-Link TL-WN881ND Wireless N 300 Mbps PCIe (21.76 €)
Kingston 8gb USB 3.0 Drive for unactivated Win 10 64-bit Home Installation (7.80 €) (THE CHEAPEST I COULD FIND)
TOTAL: 765.97 €
I will use this build for playing competitive CS:GO but also for casual gaming and maybe some video editing and music making.
NOTES:
- I chose the i5 7500 instead of 5 1500X because the Ryzen CPU actually costs a bit more (192.48 €) and the seller for the cheapest MSI MB would charge me 9 € more for shipping
- Overclocking is not a priority for me (just a personal note, I know I can't overclock with a non K Intel)
[strike]- I don't need a lot of storage at the moment so I'll maybe add a 1TB HDD in the future[/strike]
Thank you for the read, any comment & critique will be appreciated.
[strike]SOME N00B INSECURITY QUESTIONS:
- the Intel Stock Cooler has pre-applied paste, right?
- should I get more fans, or am I alright? (as I am pretty sure Versa H15 comes with 1 mounted fan already)
- should I get a higher MHz DDR4 RAM? (opened apps access times is not something I'm crazy for though)
- should I better get an EVGA 500W PSU? (it costs around 13 € more though and the I one I chose has pretty good reviews already)
- is there anything I could add that could make me more 'secure'? (like additional thermal paste, anti-static gloves or some other thing, idk)[/strike]
Do you think this was good change?
I think the CPU Cooler will be alright.
