First PC build

Solution
For €50 off a friend I wouldn't have an issues with that 770 at all

At that price its still a solid performer for medium settings.

I would swap the 1300x to a 1200 because there virtually nil performance difference & you can overclock the 1200 to 1300x speed incredibly easily.
I would go with a 240gb ssd minimum personally , literally €25 more for twice the storage.

Ram ?? You can get away with 8gb really in all honesty.
If you're budget limited & can only afford 2x4gb I would swap that board out at least for one with 4 ram slots , orherwise a future ram upgrade will 100% mean replacing those sticks entirely.

PSU ? Don't buy the bq , you don't need a 600w unit & the bq are poor quality.

A corsair cx450/550 m or not are better...

Well its a budget build, and got the 770 from a friend. And I think the 120gb should be sufficient as the boot drive, and the HDD to save my games on.

Is 16gb really neseccary though? Read a lot about it, but still dont know If 16gb ram is an overkill or not.

depending on your games, it might / might not be overkill
while 8 GB is enough, some games can utilize more in order to smoothen your experience even more :)
if u willing to step up just a few more $, u can get the B350M Mortar instead, which had 4 RAM slot, so u can get the 2x4 now, and add another 2x4 later on

also, i've done some readings and can't seems to find EVGA BQ in the PSU tier list, better get some other high tier PSU instead, Seasonic S12II / M12II or perhaps EVGA G2/G3, maybe the Corsair CXM or RM can be another alternative for u
http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

forgot to tell u this too: it's not worth it to buy 1300X, the only difference X version CPU gives is an auto-OC feature, with some learning into OCing, u can get the 1200 to reach the 1300X performance at ease and save a few more $, but if u don't want the hassle of having to set everything manually, the X version's feature will do that for you, they will OC it as high as the situation allows.

while the GPU 770 offers the same performance as 960 and 1050ti, i rather get a new gen GPU instead, as the driver compability, and less wattage required, also if u bought it used, it will have no warranty and it might on the verge of dying too, which is another point to be considered.

And about the ram, is it for the 1200 then neseccary to get a 3000mhz supported ram, because I read that the new Ryzen cpus do benefit from high ram speeds. Or when I just overclock a 2666mhz supported ram to 3000mhz does it come down to the same performance? Thanks

i am not really good at this problem as i never tried it myself (i mean, i barely manage to have a budget gaming pc i had right now... enthusiast rig that can be OCed like that are still a dream for me :()
other fellow might have more knowledge in this matter and should be able to help you
