Should be good but personally I'd get the non X version of the 2600 as XFR2 will boost is quite high and the stock cooler works well. For the price of a 1070 ti I'd probably opt for the RTX 2060 6gb instead as you'll be able to utilize newer features such as Ray Tracing.

I was leaning towards a 2060 but everyone that ive talked to have always recommended me to get a 1070 ti instead. I dont know why but its what everyone has said. They also said something about RTX having issues.

Go with the Ryzen 5 2600 the non X version has a lower TDP than the X Version and if you are into overclocking the non X is ideal. And i also vote for the GTX1070Ti.

The RTX cards that were having issues were the 2080/2080 ti but I do understand, the 1070 ti is still a excellent GPU.
Awesome, also im sort of having an issue with the case i bought. The 6 fans it came with are all molex plugs. I looked into getting some adapters but, people are also telling me that molex fans are usually crap that i am better off getting new fans. Is this true with molex rgb fans?

I didn't even know they made RGB fans that were molex, adapters should work fine but if the fans are RGB your going to want to make sure that you can still change the color while using those adapters.

Ah i see. One last question. What PSU do you recommend for a build that has an ATX Mobo, Ryzen 5, 1070 ti GPU, 16gb( possibly 32gb) of ram, and the ROG RYUO 240 aio?

What is the make/model of your case?
A molex connected fan plugs into the psu and will run at full speed.
You can buy fan controllers that allow you to adjust the speed of the fans via voltage control.

As to the psu needed, GTX1070ti will want about a 550w psu.

I have no problem overprovisioning a PSU a bit. Say 20%.
It will allow for a stronger future graphics card upgrade.
It will run cooler, quieter, and more efficiently in the middle third of it's range.
A PSU will only use the wattage demanded of it, regardless of it's max capability.

I would also suggest to go with the RTX 2060, since it should offer similar performance to a 1070 Ti in current games, and additionally features extra hardware to support raytraced lighting effects and performance enhancements like DLSS in future games, while the 1070 Ti's only advantage is having a bit more VRAM, which doesn't tend to currently make much of a difference. And at least going by current US online pricing, the 2060 costs substantially less, starting at around $350, versus close to $500 for a 1070 Ti, likely because those older cards are no longer being made and supplies are drying up. For that kind of money, you would be better off going with an RTX 2070, which outperforms the GTX 1080, while also being available for under $500...
