Do you already have those parts, or is this a prospective list.?

10th gen parts will be cheaper and better if buying new.

If this is for gaming, budget about 2x the cost of the processor for the graphics card.
Perhaps more if you favor fast action games.
With your apparent budget, a simple i3-10100 processor would do fine with a GTX1650 super.
Conversely with a $550 budget for cpu, , one would pair a i7-10700K with a RTX2080 class card.
That would bust your budget.
I think a i5-10600K and a RTX2060/2070 class card would be more balanced.
Here is a review:

16gb in a 2 stick kit is fine.
Intel does not depend on fast ram for performance. 3600 speed is fine
The ssd you picked is ordinary sata. Buy a 1tb pcie ssd which is faster.
Intel 660p is good. samsung 970 evo is better.

This is a gaming rig? That’s a lot of CPU and not much GPU
My recommendation.
