i5 4690k
evga gtx 970

the gfx card fan is working so is heatsink fan
im getting no signal and the hdd light flashes then goes away completely
wont go to bios either
can i get help?

try to unplug everything from the main board (HDDs/DVD) as also leave only one memory bank if you have more than one.

do the fans start spinning then stop?
Sounds like a short circuit somewhere. Make sure all PSU cables are properly connected and the motherboard installed properly.

no all the fans spin continuously checked cpu nothing wrong with it i dont think there are any bent pins everything looks fine

What is the model of you motherboard? Does it have a 2 character LED on it, if so what number does it show?

Is your monitor cable plugged into the motherboard or the graphics card? If it is plugged into the motherboard then you won't get a signal. The HDD light doing that is normal since there isn't an OS on it.
