get at least the new CXM550 if not an RMX550 (or Seasonic or XFX TS/CORE or EVGA SUpernova GS/G2)

do you have anything except the mainboard already?
because at that price I'd rather go with Skylake and build an i5-6600k+Z170board+DDR4 RAM for the same price
 
for 1200$ you can get a complete PC with GTX 1070. not to mention other specs would be higher.
