First Planned Build, Any Advice?

So I planned out my parts list for my first build on PCPartPicker, using recommendations from LinusTechTips, the PCPartPicker community, friends, and here. I will be buying the parts around late November-early December during sales, so the prices will be lower.
I just wanted to ask here for any advice, and whether this is a decent part list.

Parts List

Huge thanks for any advice, I greatly appreciate it.

The build looks fine, but that's really too far away to plan anything. A lot of things will change between now and then, not just the prices. Better to come back here with your budget just prior to purchasing to make sure you get the best system for your money.

I agree with BadActor. There is a possibility AMD Zen will be available in November / Early December. If its disruptive like AMD claims then its going to affect prices and its going to affect what is the best buy for your budget. AMD GPU's will be out in a month or so, and while they are going to focus on mainstream and notebook parts they may release something by Nov/Dec that is a better option then NVidia's 1070.

SSD prices are actually forecast to go up in price by Nov/Dec.

There is just to much uncertainty that far out to make purchase decisions now.

Thanks for the reply! I know it's far away, but I feel like actively asking around for advice so I can constantly have my build in the best (in my opinion) condition and price for power ratio.

I'm not going to buy AMD CPUs or GPUs :/ despite this being my first time, I already feel like an Intel and NVidia loyalist :p
Also I'll keep the SSD price thing in mind. Thanks for that!

Well lets say you do really like Intel and NVidia, nothing wrong with that. But lets look at 2 scenarios.

1. AMD Zen actually offers twice the performance of the AMD 8370 - that would mean the processor would beat just about anything Intel has on the market. Intel would have to lower their prices to compete. Now you can afford a better Intel CPU.

2. AMD Zen turns out to be nothing special - Intel might actually raise prices as its clear it can ask what ever it wants seeing as there is no real competitor to their products.

So even if you are an Intel fan, its in everyone's best interest to see AMD do well with Zen.

Got a little off topic, but this is why its to early to know for sure what will be the best purchase by Nov/Dec.

Huh, didn't think of it that way... Thanks for the advice!
