I think there might be a translation issue going on here. It probably means Economy instead of Beggar. You can't put an image of a dragon on a product named Beggar! That's just not right! It would be more appropriate to show a dog begging for table scraps than a dragon! Then it occurred to me that it might be an "economy dragon", also known as a wyvern! Many people mistake wyverns for dragons. So yes, I think they mean economy here. 😉

For a cheapo board, this looks ok assuming light duty tasks are thrown at it.

I'm chinese and there is no issue for the translation.
"Beggar version" is a product which having the minimum specs, the word is like an adjective.
