First Ryzen build looking for help

Hello, i am looking for a second opinion and some professional help with regards to this build. This will be my first build like many and am wondering if the parts choosen are unnecessary and over spending.

I am going to be streaming to twitch and youtube, played on an xbox one x with dual monitor setup. And editing the game play and uploading videos too.

Also the MoBo seems a lot but i wanted something where i wouldn't have to mess with the BIOS for the 2nd Gen Ryzen. (Suggestions?)

This has some unnecessary parts such as the 16GB ram and Graphic Card but i was thinking as they seem pretty cheap it could be great for PC gaming further down the line?

Looks solid . Why the 5400RPM HDD though? I know its firecuda. why not go for firecuda 7200RPM.

That's a very good choice.
The HDD you chose is 2.5" 5400 RPM. which is the size of laptop hard disk and runs pretty slow compared to the 3.5" model.
