Looking to use a SSD in a new build. Which of these, or what SSD would you use for a boot/applicaton drive. I'm looking to buy in the next couple of days so any input would be great. I'd like to stay under a 100 dollars. Quick load time and overall performance is what I'm after. I have a VelociRaptor to use as a secondary disk.

Solution
I have a 120GB Mushkin Chronos and it has my OS and all programs, that leaves me plenty of space to install a game if I want. Getting a 120GB drive under $100 is great. Just move page file to HDD and disable restore.

I've been using a 60gb drive for about a year as a boot drive with all non gaming applications. I install games on a different drive, but find that 60gb is plenty for use as a boot drive.

You should know, however, that larger drives are generally faster than smaller ones, so your paying for both speed and space.

Right now against the Mushkin just the $30 price difference.
