hey guys
I live in India and assembling a computer for gaming purposes. And i want to assemble it myself.
But i dont have much information what comes in the box and what needs to purchased separately in terms of cables or anything which is needed to build from scratch. I Have mentioned my doubts in brackets and provided alternatives where i am still confused . rest components are finalized with previous posts and discussions
These are the items on my list to buy :

CPU cabinet (Circle 830)http://www.flipkart.com/circle-cc830-full-tower-cabinet/p/itme4anfzq8ggyzh?pid=CABE4ANFG3G8HVJ6&ref=L%3A-1420604253835146157&srno=p_1&query=830+circle&otracker=from-search

corsair vs550 PSU (i believe all power cables are attached to it)

Motherboard asrock h91m Plus (no idea what wires come with it )

CPU intel i5 4460 (stock cooler is provided ,but is thermal compound provided? or anything else needed for cpu installation in motherboard)

Ram corsair venegeance 8 Gb

SSd samsung evo 840 or 650 120Gb/ transcend 370S 120Gb aluminium finish(cant find any reviews for it)/Adata sp600 256 gb (Do i need a bay for it ,Does the cabinet has 2.5" slots?)

Is there something i am missing except keyboard mouse and monitor ?

Solution

As i said you get the thermal paste pre applied to the stock heatsink that comes with the CPU.
The update is however impossible to do if you don't have a non haswell refresh CPU, so you can take it to a PC shop where they do it (it will cost money of course).
Sata data cables should come with the motherboard (at least one cable)

I need to buy it additionally right ? Its not in the cpu box?
Also the sata 3 cable since i dont see any cables inside a motherbaord unboxing video.

I did that already , hitting old the non functional monitor setting buttons with a laptop table. What a relief it was. whew if only i didnt sell it in scrap , i would have done it daily as a stress buster.

thanks, here is the link for my motherboard which i will be using http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/H91M-PLUS/
It says it supports intel 4th gen and new 4th gen , so i guess that covers the bios update part. It is basically an updated h81 , but i will keep that in mind if i encounter any issues running the 4460 on it.
